Residency specialty help

Hi everyone. I'm an M4 that will apply to residency in September but I am unsure what to apply to.. I was hoping for some help, advice or suggestions. Most of my life I thought of doing surgery and just stuck with that through undergrad I always thought that was what I would do. I love kids so I always dreamt of Pediatric Surgery. But before entering medical school, I don't think I considered what that entailed. I dint know it was 5 years of general surgery and that it is one of the most competitive felowships to get into, which entails 8-9 years of training. This weighs heavy on me because I want to be a mother in the next couple of years and I am thinking much more about lifestyle these past years. Also I have struggled with some health issues and fear that going into surgery could jeopardize that. I've thought of just doing pediatrics, but I fear i'll regret not doing surgery.. I've began to entertain OBGYN and am currently on that rotation so I am exploring it, but I have similar worries about the supposed malignancy of these programs. I'm not sure what to do and I'm trying to figure out if maybe I have been too close minded and that I should look into other fields that I might not have considered. For context i believe I am a very detail oriented, crafty, hands-on person, good under pressure and I love to be actively working and seeing patients or doing procedures rather than studying and researching.

Any specialty advice?

Move test date or leave as is?

I have step 2 accomodations and am taking step 2 first part tomorrow monday 27 and second part 5 days later aug 1. I fear that after tomorrow i could lose momentum the next four days and it could hurt my performance on the second part. So i could either move both days to tuesday and wednesday.. or take tomorrow and maybe try to move up second day to wednesday. Or leave as is.
My last three nbme scores were low 250s and free 120 yesterday was 82%. I fear if i change jt ill lose those couple of days that couldve made a difference?
But im so exhausted and feel burnt out and want to get this over with :(

Help with options
Tomorrow and saturday (original)
Tomorrow and wednesday
Tuesday and wednesday

What should I do? Step 2 in 7 days

My Step 2 is divided in two days. My first part is in 7 days and then the second part is in 12 days from now. I am conflicted because I fell behind on my practice tests and have only done NBME 11, 12, 13, 14. I wanted to also do 15 and 16 and free 120.
Socres have been CCSE 237, then nbmes 227, 231, 255, 254

I was planning maybe take 15 tomorrow, 16 two days after and free 120 two days before the test. But that would basically mean I would spend most of my time testing and reviewing those three tests and wont be able to review much more.. Do you think maybe i should only take NBME 16 and free 120? And not do nbme 15.. (maybe do it in bewteen my tests dates) And use more time to review my anki cards, amboss QI/ethics and extra details?

What should i do?
