science based shoulder adduction

Back in the day, there was a machine with an axis point that lined up resistance with the torque of the shoulder joint. It achieved a better line of resistance for shoulder adduction than today's pull down and row machines. Here, I'm using a pec fly machine to match the physics of it. I'm using handles instead of elbow support pads, so my lever arm is longer than the old-school version. But the principle is still the same.

the "see'er". is this stuff legit?

when i was in high school i knew this kid through my friends girlfriend. they were an alternative type but even the kids from other cliches recognized him for a gift he had. appearently he could see the future. so far what he said has come true and im waiting on my fate. I met a woman named marie that i fell in love with. i some how got lucky and made a lot of money. i think it could be 50/50 concidence but he also told me it ends in her not wanting me and that i should just love her anyway and it will be for the best despite how it ends.

what pains me is i didnt start reminicsing on this day he told me all this stuff in the school gym until 15 years later. and all of it happened 5 years ago. i don't know what's running the show out there in the universe or if it was just concidence how everything happened, and even if i want to believe there are spiritual forces at work I just wish my future with her united us together instead of cutting my life short. i miss her presence so much.

commodities

I think a capital rotation super cycle is happening and it could last for ten years. What ticker symbols should I consider going long in, to support this idea? Is one way of investing in gold and silver better than another? (Like trusts versus corporations)

"catch-22"

I don't meet the 40 credit limit, so I'm expecting to get denied because of that. SSI isn't an option either since I make too much from VA disability. I heard online that I could get the last 2 credits by working under $1000 a month for a few months, but wouldn't that work history also deny me, considering I have a disability?

Using my family's work credits isn't an option, they're financially predatory and have taken advantage of me with money several times. I have 38 credits. Ive had people tell me when I was in rehab, if you work at all they will more than likely not approve your claim because you wont meet severity conditions. Which is irregardless of credits.

AI trying to convince me peace time = sector rotation into industrials

I've been thinking about the proposed peace talks, but unless I'm totally out of the loop, I don't see peace happening anytime soon. Plus, if you look at the big picture over the last few years, the S&P 500 has been on an upward trend, so in the long run, most things don't have much upside potential. Crypto might be a lifeboat, but I'm not talking about short-term swings; I'm talking about capital rotation. Sooner or later, the Republicans will have to swap out with the Democrats, and that's probably going to shake things up regarding which sectors investment firms start putting money into. I just don't get how industrials would be one of them. I looked at CAT, for example, and it already seems super high. Any thoughts on industrials making a huge comeback, or is this just AI-driven nonsense?

what to transfer into during the next recession

SPY's at all-time highs. I'm looking at it on a 20-year candlestick chart, and the volatility after 2019 has just been this ridiculous spiral upward with extremely volatile and quick crashes. This is nothing like before, and even though people are making tons of profit, I think we're due for a serious capital rotation starting in the next few years. Not a crash, but a legit 5-10 year period of a slow-burning correction.

When was the last time this happened this century? And more importantly, what the heck did people do to stay afloat? Penny stocks? Gold? In my humble opinion, the concept of safe sectors is ridiculous, so either everyone was just dumping money into bank accounts, or I'm missing something here.
