Shaving tips

My skin breaks out everytime i shave my face, i think cause shaving and the accutane both compromise my skin barrier. What are some things yall have done to help with this. I already use a sensitive skin oatmeal shaving cream and a safety razor. I tried just not shaving but my facial hair is so patchy i look crazy

Not sure what to do about my family

For context i started transitioning after i had moved out of my family’s home and basically just wanted to ignore it with them cause they just don’t understand. Since last year i’ve been back home staying w my parents and sister they all know im FTM now. My parents say they support me but their actions say otherwise a lot of the time it’s very performative. My mom misgenders me constantly then guilts me into accepting her apologies. like i genuinely wouldn’t care about a pronoun mix up if she actually tried. they both deadname me. last week my dad call me “half a man” but when he calls me “bud” he acts like he deserves applause. and at lunch the other day w my sisters new boyfriend who has never met me pre transition, my mom was bringing up me wearing dresses at homecoming, and told me my new hair cut made me look like a middle age woman (i have a mid taper w a textured crop??) i think the past few weeks have just been so hard on me everything is just really bothering me. i usually just let it roll off my back. I just don’t know how to get them to respect me or see me for who i am. It’s been three years since i started my transition, i rarely get misgendered outside the house. Everyone respects me at my job and in my friend group. i just don’t know what to do atp
