I’m a big Daniel Johnston fan and I for sure hear some DJ influence (specifically his 1990 album) on MM albums.. anyone else?
Maybe that would be one of my questions for Issac. Did Daniel influence you in any way, especially in the earlier years…. Both so raw and real and beautiful.

You guys know My Chemical Romance?! I never paid them attention until my daughter became obsessed and then they got back together and we went to a show… and I’m FALLING IN LOVE… from the Twin Peaks soundtrack playing before they started to the lore and the play of The Black Parade.

Of course MM doesn’t have a drama of TBP but MM albums are so brilliantly curated start to finish and I would be not only paying whatever $$ for a ticket, and all the things to see Issac play Interstate 8 (30 year anniversary rn) , Lonesome or Building Nothing or other albums a to z.

And then sure they come play some other songs or whatever or not. Or just play it all over again because that’s how I like to listen.

EVERY SINGLE SONG IS EVERYTHING. One of my favorite things is I can listen to pre good news all start to finish and this is one of my favorites to listen to. On repeat. So so good. What’s your favorite? I can’t pick but I get night on the sun as an ear worm a lots and I strive to be hopelessly hopeless (free)

My 4th or 5th time time visiting ojo caliente (it’s a portal so I lost count). FINALLY making it to Taos for a side quest while I’m there.
Me and my bestie who love a good cappuccino anytime if the day. Open to the best spot if you had one meal in Taos. Breakfast lunch or dinner….
Any must stops in Taos and to and from Ojo?
Maybe stay a night after the time in Ojo if the wind blows us there.
