Anyone have any idea of the next 20%? My manager didn’t know. I know we usually have one November/December but I couldn’t remember if we had one in September or October.

Anyone having any success on blitzing and doing digestible pallets? We had a big visit the other day and they are being very adamant on doing this new way. As a BRC, it’s been really hard trying to meet their expectations with only three people (including me) doing the pallets. During the truck I am running around doing both belts and also monitoring and training new associates. I feel discouraged not finishing pallets and I absolutely hate stopping in the middle to run other peoples departments. Any advice on getting through this? I know I have to do what is expected of me I think I’m just more worried that there will always be left over pallets. TIA
