Is it me or Toshin Devilman's first form and Star Platinum from JoJo's are quite similar?

Just something that I thought and needed to say idk. The Devilman from Toshin/Saint Fighter gives me some vibes.

Fun fact: did you know that Toshin Devilman's author is also a Megaman/Rockman Illustrator?
