My theory started when I rewatched episode nine of Devilman Crybaby and saw Miki holding a pregnancy test. That really made me think she actually got pregnant that time she had sex with the man on the bridge. Then I remembered that Miki is a spider, and following the logic of spiders like the black widow, which eats its mate during or after sex, the theory suddenly started to feel really interesting to me.

But well, we all already know she dies brutally.

“You are the real demons.”

Mi teoría comenzó cuando volví a ver el episodio nueve de Devilman Crybaby y noté que Miki estaba sosteniendo una prueba de embarazo. Ese detalle realmente me hizo pensar que sí había quedado embarazada aquella vez que tuvo relaciones con el hombre del puente. Luego recordé que Miki es una araña y empecé a relacionarlo con el comportamiento de especies como la viuda negra, donde la hembra puede devorar a su pareja durante o después del acto sexual.

Siguiendo esa lógica simbólica, la teoría me pareció bastante interesante y hasta coherente con los temas oscuros y trágicos de la serie.

Pero al final todos sabemos cómo termina: muere de una manera brutal.

Where can I find the Devilman manga volumes 1 and 2 for free?(preferably in Portuguese, but English is also fine)

Boring topic about piracy, but anyway

Devilman was released in Brazil in 2019, and it's never been back, not even in the publisher's official store anymore, only secondhand copies at absurd prices.

I really wanted to have an original copy so that it could show Brazilian publishers that Devilman does have an audience in Brazil, but it sucks when there's no official way to do that.

I'm thinking of simply taking a PDF and having a print shop print it (I don't like reading digitally) and that's it.
