Nonstop cramps for a year

Has anyone else had such a bad time with the Mirena? I got it 10 months ago and I have had nearly daily horrible stabbing cramps. I started on progestagen and had a hysteroscopy to check it - it’s literally textbook perfect and it’s been torturing me all this time.

I keep waiting to adjust to it since everyone touts it as the best help for endo but I can’t take it anymore and I feel hopeless - is there any other birth control that would help? Why is my body taking it SO badly?
