Locked out of OVH World account due to MFA and unable to create support ticket
I’m hoping someone from OVH or the community can point me in the right direction.
Timeline:
- I lost access to my MFA device
- I contacted OVHcloud US Support and completed identity/KYC verification
- OVH US validated my identity and attempted to disable 2FA
- MFA prompts continued
After further investigation, OVH US confirmed:
- I no longer have active OVH US services
- my active account belongs to OVH World
- they do not have access to my OVH World account
My active environment appears associated with:
- ca.ovh.com
- ca.ovhcloud.com
- invoice references beginning with "WE"
The problem now:
I cannot log in because MFA is still required, and I cannot create an OVH World support ticket because login is required first.
So I appear to be stuck in a loop:
Cannot login → cannot open support request → cannot resolve MFA
Has anyone encountered this before or know how to reach OVH World support without account access?
