It has been 3 weeks and my speeding ticket has not shown up on the court website. I am nervous that if I forget to pay my ticket because it never showed online then I will get warrant for my arrest. Have anyone had any similar expriences? How long had you have to wait to be able to view your citation on the court website? Thanks!
For context I work in a restaurant owned by an elderly couple (late 80’s). He and his wife own the business. He penny pinches payroll, still uses 1970’s clocking in time card machines, has a 80’s IBM PC used for finances etc., he is really completely in a different century. Management is non existent my co-workers just dig their hands into the bread container and eat it while handling dirty dishes. He is deaf with ear amplifier on both (idk why he even bothers). He barely speaks english and talking to him is a emotionally depleting drag. He walks me like a dog and yells at me directly in front of the customers. This guy is crazy (understatement). There is more terrible stuff to it but I will keep it at that. Yes, he does physically pull me away to go do stuff after he tells me to so sum thing else. He literally screamed at me for 5 minutes straight because my co-worker went home early and he thought it was me that did it but in reality its been like that for hours cuz co worker did not fix it. Has happened many times. As I was going to my car to take my lunch one time, he had one of his employees come chase me and tell me to get back only for the manager to tell me to go home for the day because he does not need me after my lunch break. There are no sceduled so if I get a call to go into work most of the time he calls me I had something planned and was not available and also expects me to work the instant he calls me (this is why I claimed he penny pinches payroll). I feel inclined to sue but as much as I want to and would be a extremely easy and fast case, I find it morally wrong to financially crash his buisness that has been in his family for decades but also do not want him treating me like absolute shit. What do?
I unplugged some guys tesla with a j1772 to nacs adapter. The ev charger was running 240 volts at 3kw and did not know if i broke his car when unplugging j1772 cable from adapter. Did not make contact with his car and gently unplugged it. Did I actually break his car?
