Chronic pain since May 2022
Pain around the base of my skull, neck, shoulders and shoulder blades
Even holding a phone is painful

Tests
MRI: Mild disc degeneration and bulges, but no nerve or spinal cord compression
EMG/NCV: Normal

Treatments tried
Long-term physiotherapy and posture correction
Exercises and medication
Deep-tissue Massage treatment

Any relief has been minimal or temporary

What different doctors have said
Myofascial pain syndrome
Fibromyalgia
Possible psoriatic arthritis

Some have completely dismissed the pain because the scans don’t show anything severe.

After more than four years, I still don’t have a clear diagnosis or effective treatment plan.

Wanted to know how everyone’s experience has been when it comes to pay per task work?

Application has been in the ‘Hiring Manager Review’ stage for 25 days now. Does this mean the status will eventually change to ‘Not Selected?’

Just gave an interview and it went to the hiring manager reviewing stage but my vetted skills didn’t get updated with new skills.

Why so?

Since yesterday every time I try to take an interview, the screen shows reconnecting and remains stuck on that.

Thought might be some issue with my internet, but it’s running smoothly. Able to stream Netflix, YouTube without any lags.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

Hi, I wanted to report two issues during my interview. First, I was asked to spell out a sentence in Romanized Hindi that was already displayed in Romanized Hindi, and when I repeated the sentence verbally, Zara did not accept the response.

Second, Zara instructed me to type my answer, but no input field was provided. Since there was no way to enter a typed response, I had to skip the question.

Just flagging this in case it affects other candidates as well, and hoping it won't negatively impact my interview evaluation.

During the interview, Zara stopped responding. This happened multiple times. I have already emailed with the screenshot. What to do now?

My id verification failed twice and I have already emailed regarding the same.
