Well his core claim is that Anthropic and OpenAI are building towards superintelligence without knowing how to control it. I think both companies have publicly acknowledged this is true. Seems about as good of evidence one could have for this claim.
Honestly the girls content is more entertaining these days. Maybe because the personalities are more fresh and all the formats haven’t been exhausted.

Had an interesting situation and wondering if I understand how things work with paid first class tickets, IRROPS, standby, voluntary downgrade and the upgrade list.
Here’s what happened
Booked LGA-ORD for 7pm departure. Paid First Class fare. Flight got cancelled due to weather.
Accepted Standby on the app for a 1:00p departure that had been delayed until 7:30p. This happened around 5:00p.
Was not on Standby list, so I went to gate. Agent checked me in (also wasn’t working on app) and gave me seat 26F in Y. This happened at 5:30p. At the time, upgrade list was showing 0 seats available in F.
Was not on upgrade list after getting BP for Seat 26F, gate agent said I could not be added to upgrade list because I was once a Standby passenger. Made the case that it should be HKF priority as first class passenger confirmed on flight without a seat assignment in First Class. No dice. This also happened around 5:30p.
Flight starting boarding at 6:45p, by 7:30p boarding was finished with 6 seats empty in F.
Gate agent came on and pulled 6 people off the upgrade list (that I was not on). Those 6 people moved from Y to F after all boarding had completed.
I sat in the back in Seat 26F on paid first class fare
Did the gate agent do things correctly here?
Not sure it matters but DM status as well. Ticket was a D fare. Seat assignment in app showed as 26F (First Classic).

The concept of all your favorite YouTubers playing competitively for big money sounds good on paper.
In practice it’s more tense/less relaxed and sucks the personality out of the players, which is why people watch their channel in the first place.

Just wanted to share that Amex Platinum concierge did have some value in getting a reservation at EMP.
I was two weeks out and wanted a table for 2 on a Saturday night from 5:00-7:30pm. Everything on Resy was gone after being released the previous month.
Gave it a shot on chat, have read Amex Plat Concierge is useless and working off the same Resy availability you are.
We were targeting EMP, Per Se or Le Bernadin. Was told Amex has no relationship with Per Se but does with the other 2. There was supposedly a special higher end team that handles EMP and LB.
A few days after request I got offered a table for 2 at 7:15pm and accepted. Was a great experience and no way I would have gotten it through Resy.
Got a parking ticket from ATL+ mobility about a month ago, given two weeks to pay. Didn't get around to looking at appeal until 3 days were left to pay.
Given the appeal response takes at least 7 days, I went ahead and paid before appealing to make sure I wasn't past due in case the appeal was denied. Turns out as soon as you pay, it cancels your appeal and you can't get refunded.
Filing the appeal puts the ticket on hold and you supposedly won't be penalized for being late if the appeal is denied. This wasn't explained on the payment or appeals forms, just found out when asking about the status of my appeal.
TLDR: Appealing suspends the 14 day deadline for paying the ticket.
