I’m considering Midi

If HRT is appropriate for me, I’d like to start with a very low dose of estradiol and increase gradually until I find the effective dose. 

Another online provider I’m considering only offers estradiol through its own pharmacy, with a lowest dose of 0.025 mg. I’d like the option to begin below that if the doctor thinks it’s appropriate.

Has anyone had a Midi doctor prescribe a custom, very-low-dose transdermal estradiol through a compounding pharmacy? If so, did you use your own local compounding pharmacy or Midi’s?
