Hi all
Someone who wanted to send me solicitor letter got my full name and my spouse and address just from my car number plate. They either got this from a Garda or Motor Tax search . They work in neither so I’m guessing someone did them a favour. Someone told me that every time your details are looked up it’s logged and that this is a data breach . Is it worth pursuing or do they really log it all ? Is their solicitor obliged to tell me how their client got our details ?
