Asymptomatic growing fibroid advice needed

My posterior wall fibroid has grown from about 4.4x3.6x3.9cm to about 6.4 × 5.2 x 5.9 in two years. I’m asymptomatic and having no issues aside from worsening constipation. I am in my early 20s and want kids. A few years ago, I had a prolapsing pedunculated fibroid 4.6x4x3 which caused the worst symptoms and did have to get a hysteroscopy and removal.

  1. Do you think I need to consider surgery (even though it’s not indicated)?

  2. What are the odds that this will cause heavy bleeding in the future? This is my largest fibroid.

  3. What advice would you give for those who have dealt with something similar? Should I get back on birth control?

Changing therapists advice wanted?

How do you change therapist and not feel exhausted because you’re going to have to reexplain things?
Also, if I feel like my therapist and I aren’t making progress and kind of wasting time, is it worth changing therapists then?
Lastly if someone who is doing EMDR (new therapist) is a social worker and younger, should I go for a more qualified person to avoid wasting time?

Thank you

Should I not pursue surgery if I’m slower to learn technical things?

It takes me time to learn more hands on things. I feel slower compared to my peers but do genuinely enjoy surgery, have the work ethic, attitude, etc. I just worry because it takes me a while to remember how to do certain things which my peers can master pretty quickly. Attendings can get annoyed too if I’m still confused on certain things like suturing. Will this be a major disadvantage?
