My husband and I are planning a trip to Corsica in mid September and want a mix of hiking, swimming and great hotels. Anyone have an experience there they’d like to share or recommend?

My husband and I are planning a hiking and relaxing trip to Corsica in mid September. We want to do a mix of day hikes swimming, and cool towns. We are in our 30’s and in good shape but don’t want any scrambling/sketchy portions. Well I wouldn’t mind d but my husband has a lower tolerance for that :)
Mainly interested in beautiful Mountain View’s, swimming holes, nice hotels along the way in charming locations.

Considering flying into Calvi and doing a few nights there then driving south to Zonza area. Am I on the right track?

Anyone have a memorable day hike they’d share?
