Anxiety about an exposure (I have OCD).

Exposure: 23/4 9:45-10:00 pm insertive vaginal protected (unknown status but had multiple partners) but condoms was switched after ejaculation, masturbated without washing penis after 11 pm washed hands tho.
Wrist had a slight burn from 12/4 but had scab. Shaved testis and mons pubis on 23/4 morning no visible cuts but remove a single cyst with hair no bleeding.
Headache no most likely. Eye pain little.
Weightloss: 69.4 kg 28/4 67.9 5/5 from then on 67.7kg
Lymph nodes: neck left matted right one enlarged but movable.
Onset: 26/4 diarrhea, fever at 7 to 8 p.m, tooth pain once in a while after 26/4.
27/4 hematochezia yellow stool, abdominal pain 7 pm, sore throat. Light sweating around neck and head at night, yellow pee and constant peeing. Left neck lymph node swelling and matted. Dry mouth.
28/4 left testicle slight pain. Morning the side I am sleeping on the arm under pillow felling tight left. Muscle feels weak but can lift the same.
29/4 backpain and right testicular pain that goes away with position change. Pain in pinky finger.
30/4 fever that is 37.3 C oral but head feels warm.
30 ish morning intermittent fever for 7 days what feels like subsides within 15 min of paracetamol.
1/5 symptoms persist except fevers.
2/5 nasal drip on thoat.
6/7 pain in mon pubis can check inguinal nodes (don't know technique+ 27. BMI). Right troat that fells like piercing pain.
Fever gone completely.
9 Left check swelling.
10 right cheek swelling
9 rash on left arm upper ( blanching)
12 right arm and leg rash. (Blanching)
15 chest has two non-blanching red spots.
16 face has a red spot bleeds when scratch.
17/4 single red spot that went away.
Diarrhea on off but poops float color brown to yellow
Candidiasis pre-existant. Dandruff preexistent. Steatorrhea gone today.
