Inexperienced medium, trying to solve a case
Hi, I'm new here! I'm also new to being a medium, having only discovered my full abilities and really tried working with them recently (I have plenty of experience with spirits, just not to this level).
I've also recently gotten in contact with a few spirits. The thing is, one of them (she goes by Mary. She isn't sure if this is her real name or not) was murdered, and can't remember much of her past. What she does know is that her death was violent. Her reason for not passing on is that she wanted to stay and protect other victims of violence.
I'm able to catch glimpses into the past through either touching a connected object or channeling my energy (idk how I do it, it just happens. Like I said, I'm new to this). I'm able to catch a glimpse of a staircase, being pushed down it, and then being bludgeoned. The staircase and lower room are reminiscent of the mid to late 1800s, and it was her fiancé who perpetrated the crime. Another medium mentioned to me that they feel her last name might be of Scottish origin, and that she might be an older teenager.
I also know it took place in North Carolina. I've tried researching and will continue to do so (Mary only remembers a bit of her life, and she wants to know more just as much as I do, so she's consenting to research). Like I said, I'm continuing my own research, but if anyone can give any tips or help in any way at all, it's very appreciated!
