AITA for not thinking it is fair for my boyfriend and his ex to expect me to support their children.

I (30F) have been with my boyfriend (43M) for 10 years. He has two children who have recently moved in with us full time (6 months ago).

The whole time we have been together, I have been expected to pay half of all bills, (rent, food, electricity, water etc). Recently, since his kids have moved in full time, the bills have increased massively. This month alone, I have spent over £100 on his youngest child's school clothes.

My boyfriend makes twice my salary and their mum refuses to pay any money toward them whatsoever. My boyfriend will not ask his children's mum for child support as he does not want to deal with the kick back.

He is happy to have me continue paying this money. The problem comes that I am now completely out of money and have had to dip into a credit card.

I don't believe it's fair to make me pay for all this, when he earns twice what I do and their mum doesn't pay a penny.

This has all come to a head when I was forced to sell my camera to make back some of the money. I arranged a sale, booked a collection, packaged the camera, found a box, printed out the return label, gave my boyfriend an hour window and left it on the dining table ready for him to give to the post man. He missed the doorbell and so I lost out on the money I had. I was left crying in my car and wondering how I was going to pay for anything. He offered to send me the money but all I can think about is that he is the reason I am in this situation in the first place.

I told him I wanted to move out as I am struggling financially and he has tried to spin it round and act like I am abandoning him because he now has to look after his kids full time.

AITA for not thinking it is fair for my boyfriend and his ex to expect me to support their children when he makes double what I make and she won't pay a penny towards the kids?
