Have flown Qatar several times in the past few years, suddenly out of the blue they said passport with oci card is not matching.
I had to miss my flight and rebook. I have flown so many times the past decade. Agents and customer support were patient and kind. But am flying for a family member’s operation, would have thought they would show compassion for emergency situation.
This experience has soured me off this airline agency.
How come no other airline has this rule?
