Come on NC govt! If you don't give locals a place to easily dispose of their trash they will continue to tossing it off the side of the road. Put dumpsters in a rural areas!! "Convenient dispose centers" that you have to pay for and are not open often enough are not the answer. You have the tax money. Fix this. Great ride on the motorcycle stopped for a hopeful view.
