Aug 14 Friday morning earning report

Let’s see how the insurance coverage plays out for LFWD

My prediction is Humana and UHC coverage will reflect on the q2 report while Aetna might show up on next report as they started mid February and it takes couple months

Fingers crossed on supply chain recovery for AlterG product too

Near term catalysts I can think of

  1. mid August is Q2 earning report - looking to see if supply chain issues resolved and how Humana and UnitedHealth insurance coverage are impacting sales revenue for Rewalk product. I don’t think Aetna coverage would show on Q2 report because it takes several months and Aetna only started in mid February. Most likely show up on Q3

  2. should be announcing start of oral insulin phase 2 trial in partnership with Oramed soon

Let me know if I missed anything

Also just showing I do have a bit of money in it

Seems bullish news on convertible note news

Seems like the institutional investor is betting on LFWD to go over $13.80

Very unlikely they would convert any for now

LFWD oral GLP-1 after oral insulin

There is not a lot of oral GLP-1 options out right now. After oral insulin, Lifeward is working on oral glp-1 with Oramed

The Rybelsus Flaw: It uses a high-quality biological drug, but it forces you to follow miserable lifestyle rules (waking up early, swallowing it with a tiny sip of water, and starving for 30 minutes).

The Foundayo Flaw: It fixes the food rules, but it uses a harsh, artificial chemical compound. Chemical pills can sometimes be tougher on the liver and cannot be easily modified to include new health discoveries.

The Lifeward Fix: The POD pill lets patients take a natural biological drug anytime they want, with or without food, because the capsule safely waits until it reaches the intestine to dissolve

Oramed passed oral insulin trial in China back in 2023

LFWD partner Oramed passed oral insulin trial in China back in 2023

However, Oramed had a deal with another company back then

LFWD partnership with Oramed started March 2026

Lifeward receives nothing from China’s sales of the drug

Oramed passed the drug in China because the average diabetic BMI is around 24-25. They did not specifically targeted a subgroup in China

Oramed failed Phase 3 in the US due to just accepting any diabetic patients in the US. A lot of diabetics are over 31 BMI in the US

This new trial with LFWD is specifically for age 55 and older with BMI under 31

The 2023 phase 3 data they concluded that specific subgroup has P value of .002

Hope this helps. I’m not the best at writing and getting my thoughts out there

You can find all this with your own DD

The retrial of oral insulin

When their partner Oramed failed phase 3 oral insulin, their data showed a subgroup of age 55 and older with BMI under 31 had P value of .002

P value below .05 is good

But failed due to just testing this on wide diabetic population

They are launching phase 2 with that subgroup of 60 patients

Last earning report they said they are launching very soon

I believe they can get 60 patients quickly and should be a 3 month trial

Let’s see if P value is again around .002
