Canyon Grail CF SL 7 vs Specialized Roubaix SL8?

I'm new to cycling and looking for a bike I can keep for years.
- Me:
  - Beginner/ female
  - Want to try doing Olympic-distance triathlon
  - Budget up to around CAD $5,000.

Or are there any other bikes in this price range that I should seriously consider?

New to cycling. I spoke to a couple folks (all men) and now can't decide which one I should get. Please help.

Comfort and confidence are more important than speed
