Washing machine issues

Hotpoint basic washing machine leaving clothes dripping wet i feel like it might be a belt needing to be replaced but not sure

It definitely drains/spins but i think it probably doesnt spin fast enough to wring out the clothes the clothes

Anyone else had this issue?

Is the belt the issue?

How much would repairs cost

How hard would it be to try and do it myself with no experience?

I need help/advice

For context im fairly new to knowing anything about sebderm i had gone about 1-1/2years with it untreated was losing hair like crazy and very painful red scalp so finally had then scheduled the appointment with my dermatologist a couple months back so my scalp is seemingly under control right now with ketoconazole and H&S Bare but im still losing hair from how thin my hair strands are after going untreated so long

My mom has been telling me to use rosemary oil but i dont know if its safe i get contradictory results when searching for answers i dont know how to thicking back my hair strands at this point even if the strands that fell off (no scaring from what i see on my scalp) dont come back id be fine aslong as they get back to normal thickness so i dont worry about losing hair when running my fingers through my hair

Do yall know if this would work/make my situation worse?

If i use it how do i apply it safely onto my scalp/spread it without accidentally ripping off more hair when applying?

Is this a good brand for it?

Is there anything else i can use that you know has worked great for you? (that isnt clinical strength like minoxidil or anything like that id prefer to keep it natural/safe when quiting even if its slow)

Is there a tool/technique i can buy/use to more easily apply stuff to my scalp

Any other advice yall can give me?

Thank you for taking the time to read all this/answer my questions i appreciate it
