feeling bummed and seeking creative ideas

Hi all! Beginner quilter here - this is my first attempt at a quilt, and I think I’m ready to call it. I’m almost done with the quilt top, but after laying it out today I noticed that the pink/red row has the wrong seam allowance the whole way through. I already wasn’t loving my color choices, especially the red and yellow checkered section which looks a little too ketchup and mustard to me. I just know I won’t have the motivation to keep going if I choose to keep working on this one right now.

Does anyone have ideas for what I could do with the completed rows? Could they be reused in another quilt pattern or turned into a smaller project? I’m bummed because this took a long time, but I did learn a lot and got much better at sewing straight lines, so I’m trying to count that as a win. Would love any creative ideas!

This is supposed to be the chunky Charlie quilt pattern but in a horrible colorway of my own choosing

Help me ID this foot?

looking through the accessories my mom gave me and I’m not sure what this one is for! I looked at a few websites that list lots of different sewing feet but I couldn’t find this one
