I propagated a few pieces and had them in a 12cm pot for quite a while. They seemed to be doing great but I didn't expect them to grow so many additional stems (and new ones keep appearing) so now they seem to be a bit cramped plus some roots have started to grow out of the holes.

Would it be enough to divide them into two pots? Are they fine like this? Any other recommendations?
