I own a private gym and wanted to purchase a small sauna for it. The first site that came up was spazonesa. They were so helpful and said they have a special for no delivery and free installation. The quote was so professional, everything. They messaged saying we need to pay an additional R13000 for delivery and insurance and that’s when i started to catch on… It was definitely a scam. They used another’s company’s number etc.

Is there anything I can do? Reported to FNB… Not hopeful. Please give me advice please please please 🙏 I’m in such disbelief.
