Pasalubong prices at Iloilo Airport

This is my second time in Iloilo and the first one was way back 2016. I was so shookt when I found out that the prices in the airport is a bit higher or almost the same price outside.

Can someone check or confirm if it is still the same?

Is it a smart move to resign or wait 6 months?

I’m turning 30 this year. 2017 grad. 2018 worked as Jr Rec Spec for agent hiring. 2019 to 2021 worked as a Corporate Recruiter to Global Recruiter. 2021 to 2026 self employed.

I am now hired as a recruitment associate for a manpower agency.

First local company. First manpower. Gusto ko na lang magsabi ng masasamang words. Walang process. Walang maayos na endorsements. Walang training. And they expect numbers. Turning 3 months to July.

Coming from companies na may HO sa ibang bansa, naloka ako ng malala.

I want to leave but feeling ko ang pangit sa resume. I was eyeing on staying for 2 years. Then 1 year, 6 months ngayon haynako.

What is a smart choice? Tiis na lang ba? Render 30 days?

Manpower is not for the weak heart and I have a weak heart

I owned a business for years. Now, I recently went back to corporate — a local manpower agency gave me chance. Coming from international companies, many warned me but I prayed for this job. I literally prayed na gagalingan ko sa company that offers me a job.

Turning 2 months this June ans pagod na ko. Halo halo. Madalas bad trip. May postings sa page, pero hindi naman active hiring. Yung qualifications hindi aligned sahod (ex 6 wheeler driver 695/day salary luh). May quota pa which is common.

Di ko alam if overwhelmed lang ba ko or ano. Ayoko maging recruiter na walang pake pero I am slowly becoming one.
