Anyone else's captain only hire white people?
Ive been here for 3 years and we have only hired 3 people of color.... Mind you, we have probably hired and fired close to 50 people. I just find it interesting. Our only black mate came in for about a month and was promptly transferred. I was a bit salty cause he was a really cool guy. Im in California. Anyone else have this experience?
