Homebrew buffs for some low-tier Arcs leaders. Too strong or still fair?

I saw Corsair, Agitator, and Shaper ranked pretty low in recent tier list, so I tried making small homebrew buffs for them.

My goal was:

Keep each leader’s downside trait unchanged.
Only buff their upside trait.
Keep the text short and close to the original flavor.
Make them more viable, not top-tier broken.

What do you think?

Are these enough to make them more competitive, or did I push any of them too far?
