The packages are visible but when I am trying to verify them, the call doesn't connect.

Can anyone kindly guide me on how to verify my sim (under the all opportunities tab)?

I am trying to place calls but it isn't connecting. Do i need to top-up first from the options available in the site before placing a call for verifying my sim?

This issue still has been continuing.

Why did they roll out this update if it was going to create such serious problem for the ULO?

What is the use of keeping 95% uptime if in return I am receiving just these petty incentives?

Note - They are 70/30 and 80/20 split for ULO.

Anyone else receiving this low incentives??

After the update my uptimes statrted dropping and now it won't go up. Anyone else facing this issue?

Also, can someone provide solution for this?
