Decline in Rewards Incentives

Hello Unetwork Team,

I wanted to raise a concern that many members of the community have been discussing recently. Over the past few weeks, the daily rewards have dropped significantly—from around 0.2–0.3 per day to only about 0.05–0.1 per day. This isn't an isolated issue affecting only my account or a few users. It appears to be happening across the entire community, with many participants reporting the same trend.

We would appreciate some transparency regarding the reason behind this reduction. Several community members believe it may be connected to the Scout and Runner program, as similar drops have reportedly occurred during previous rounds of this initiative. Could you please clarify whether the current reward decrease is related to that program?

If it is, how long is the Scout and Runner program expected to continue? More importantly, should users expect daily rewards to return to previous levels once it ends, or is this reduced reward structure intended to remain for the foreseeable future?

Many users have invested significant time and effort into supporting the network, and the recent decline in incentives has understandably raised concerns. Without clear communication about the reasons and future plans, some community members are considering leaving the platform.

We would greatly appreciate an official explanation and any roadmap or timeline you can share regarding the reward system. Thank you for your time, and we look forward to your response.

i have raised this query to support . I will update the reply with you . if i get

This is reply form the Support.

Reply is very Generic. They haven't answered to the main query and redirect it to the new tasks and also didn't say a single word about S&R.

What is Unetwork ScoutQuest? Earn UPs without spending or a SIM

Scout and Runner both need a SIM and real calls. ScoutQuest does not. It is the research part of Scout & Runner — no SIM, no purchase, no calls, nothing to spend.

That makes it the perfect first step. You can try the Scout & Runner world with zero risk, see UPs land in your balance, and then decide if you want to go deeper into the Scout or Runner roles. If it does not work out for you, you have lost nothing.

What is ScoutQuest?
You find prepaid international call plans that carriers sell in your country, and submit the details for the team to check. That is the whole job — you are copying public information from a carrier website, packaging, or an in-store photo. You upload a screenshot or photo as proof with each submission.

How it pays:

  • 5 UP for each plan an Admin approves. UPs are credited after the review, not instantly.
  • Up to 10 approved plans per period = up to 50 UP per license per period. The cap is per license — if you run more than one license, each one has its own cap.
  • Rejected submissions do not count against you. You can keep trying until you reach 10 approvals or the period closes.
  • If you scout under your own license, the full 5 UP is yours. Under a leased license, it is split per your lease.

Good to know:

  • ScoutQuest only runs during open periods — about 3 to 5 times a year. Between periods the tab shows "No submissions." That is normal, not an error. Turn on notifications so you do not miss the next one.
  • ScoutQuest is part of the Scout role, and Scout spots are limited — 50 in most countries, 300 in the US. So claim a spot while one is free.
  • The one rule that matters most: your submission must match your source EXACTLY — carrier name, plan name, price, countries. Copy, do not guess.

Want the full step-by-step? The complete ScoutQuest guide is in the app under Knowledge Center.

Bottom line: ScoutQuest is the lowest-risk way to earn UPs from Scout & Runner — no cost, just careful copying. Try it first, see how it earns for you, and then decide about the Scout and Runner roles.

Not able to verify and complete runner process

The packages are visible but when I am trying to verify them, the call doesn't connect.

Can anyone kindly guide me on how to verify my sim (under the all opportunities tab)?

I am trying to place calls but it isn't connecting. Do i need to top-up first from the options available in the site before placing a call for verifying my sim?

My device was hardware-verified but now suddenly unattested?

I have a Samsung A50 on Android 11 stock OS. I have been using it since several months without any issues. After the recent update that introduced attestation levels, my device has been hardware-verified since day 1 but since yesterday it is showing "unattested". I restarted my device, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried everythiny but it remains unattested. What is this and why?
