Hi all, looking for feedback from owners of the BYD Ti7.

I think it looks great and feels fairly priced at 169k AED for the fully loaded version.

I test drove it and found it a bit underpowered for its size. I also noticed some wind noise starting around 100 km/h, but couldn’t push it any higher on the test drive.

Since it’s essentially the Leopard 7, does anyone know if the shape is likely to change in the next 2–3 years?

I’m also open to suggestions for similar cars in the same budget range. Ideally looking for a strong brand presence in the UAE, easy software/service updates, and minimal headaches.
