is 30 ACT to 33+ before september 19th possible?

I currently have a 30 composite in practice tests bc i never took the actual test before (31 English, 32 Reading, 30 Math, 27 Science). My ACT is September 19th, so I have about 30 days. I’m willing to seriously grind for it, like 4 hours a day, every day, so around 120 hours total.

If I actually use those 4 hours effectively with timed practice, reviewing every mistake, working on weak areas, full practice tests, etc., do you think a 33+ is realistically possible?

I know nothing is guaranteed, I’m just wondering if anyone has made a similar jump in around a month and what you think my chances are. Be honest lol.

College List
Reaches
-USC
-Michigan
-NYU
-Emory
-Wake Forest

Targets
-Boston University (ED1) for sargent college Health Science major
-Northeastern
-Tulane
-University of Miami

Likelies
-Rutgers
-Pitt

stats and ecs are both mid so i think my chances of getting into my reaches are pretty low even if i did ed. so i’m doing ed1 to boston uni bc i would be happy going there and i think i could only get into bu if i did ed.

Questions

  1. Do my reach/target/likely classifications seem accurate

  2. will i realistically get into boston university? or should i ed somewhere else?

  3. what should i focus on improving before applications are submitted this fall?

  4. based on my profile, where do you honestly see me getting into

  5. how do my ecs compared to the average applicant at these schools
