To all baronies
There has been a lot of discussion in here recently given MBBs association with Lucas Bravo.
It has taken me a while to gather my own thoughts. Like many of you, I also felt taken aback and surprised by this as part of the reason why I enjoy the podcast/content is because of the alignment of my own views and values. So on that basis I am also trying to process things as a fan and not just as a moderator.
I think this is a great moment for all of us to reflect. It is easy to get on a moral high horse, but how many of us are passing judgment when we are still supporting large organisations that directly/indirectly support the war? Rather than using our time and energy to pile on to the hateful comments, we can use our time and resources to find ways to help the people of Palestine - which ultimately is the bigger problem in this discussion. Instead of using your money to give people awards here, why don't we decide to donate to some causes that are aimed at offering support. The pod refers to the army of luv so why don't we flip this into pulling together in time of need and offer support together instead and try to achieve something more positive rather than fuelling a fire of negativity.

Now in terms of the reddit, I will keep things brief.
I think there is a difference between expressing general feelings of disappointment and just passing judgement, dissecting relationships/choices. I am sad to have been deleting comments that are generally just mean and not adding anything constructive. To those wondering why I kept the posts up - it's because I believe people have a right to express their feelings of disappointment with other like minded people. The focus is less on the relationship and more on individuals feelings in this and looking to relate. This is different than posting about who follows who on instagram. That being said, it's clear we are now reaching a point of not adding anything constructive and just beating a dead horse - which is why I have been locking some of the posts. Ultimately we don't know MBB (or at least I don't) so to start commenting on her relationship patterns and shift in views, it's not right.
I want to focus our attention on the first half of this message and I also invite others who feel strongly about this to share other resources with the group instead of regurgitating what has been said already. It is also everyone's right to stop engaging with this reddit or the pod should they choose to do so.
When I started this reddit, it was with the best intentions to create a space for us to share anecdotes, memes, jokes, information. I would like to believe we can still pull together and use it for something good. Thank you.
