Hey everyone,

I just got a brand new Logitech Herman Miller Embody, and I noticed that the backrest is never 100% stiff or locked in place.

Even when I crank the tilt tension to the absolute maximum (or engage the tilt limiter to the highest position) and lean forward, the moment I lean back, the backrest still moves/gives way about 1-2 cm before it fully stops. It feels like a small initial "give" or "flex" rather than being completely rigid like a standard office chair.

Is this intentional dynamic movement designed into the Embody, or should the backrest be completely rock solid when tension is maxed out?

Just want to make sure my mechanism is working as intended. Thanks!
