So uh…what’s everyone’s fav patch method? 🥲

As title suggests, looking for everyone’s tried & true methods for patching..on the one other rug I tried carving on canvas in between colors, I did the same thing & I YouTubed a couple of videos; one showing trying to sew in excess fabric, & another showing cutting a patch of fabric & placing it over the hole & tufting thru it. I tried both on the previous rug but was unsuccessful so I said f it lol.
To be fair, I didn’t really have anything to clip the patch of fabric onto my canvas so that might have been the issue (suggestions for that are also welcomed!!). I carved the white on canvas & did SUCH a good job (for being new at least) that I told myself I was gonna do it for all the colors & this happened on my second one 😭

Sorry for the rambling, I just really don’t wanna ditch this rug!

Looking for graphic designer

I’m looking for someone to design a logo for a rug tufting business I’m starting up :) I have a general idea of what I think might be good, but input on actual design is more than welcomed!
It will primarily be used as a profile picture for business social media, & incorporated into my website once we have the funds to get everything needed. Down the line I’d love to have custom tags w the logo on it as well!
I don’t have a ton of money at the moment so please also let me know rates you charge if you are interested & DM me 😇

Looking for advice/suggestions!

Is there any way to add the layering effect of the ribbons when tufting?? I’ve only made a few smaller rugs & am learning as I go, but I reallllyyyy want to dedicate part of my canvas for a rug like this lol. I know I won’t be able to make them seem transparent, but do I just need to block it out in pink & not be able to have the parts of her figure behind it?

Any & all tips or suggestions welcomed!!💜

Newbie asking for help

Hi everyone! I’m new to Depop (like barely a week on there) & have exclusively only sold due to trying to clear out my closet, home, & make a little bit of money while I’m in between jobs. I have 25 items sold so far & received a dispute today (the buyer didn’t even msg me first or anything??) stating the bag was not as described & had wear to it. I have pictures of the entire bag, including the straps, that show no flaws since I literally never once wore or used the bag….anyway, I obvi selected the choice that I disagreed & told Depop what I just said here.

But what am I supposed to do??? I messaged the buyer afterwards & they said “this is how I received the bag. Please see photos” but there are no photos I can see attached on the claim itself. I asked if they could email me the pictures hoping I don’t get in trouble for it lol but I am really frustrated that I may be forced to refund something that was brand new. I already had to issue a partial refund for something earlier today due to USPS doing USPS things after the buyer msgd me stating one of the items was shattered.
