Hi everyone, I really need help at LAX.
My airline says they “cannot locate” my luggage, but my AirTag/Find My shows the bag is still inside the airline baggage counter area at LAX in real time.
I’m currently not in Los Angeles and I’m trying to find someone who could help by going to the airline baggage office and asking about the bag in person, since customer service by email/phone has not helped at all.
I can provide:
airline name
baggage claim number
live AirTag location screenshots
I’m also going to pay for your time/help.
If anyone works at LAX, travels there often, or knows the best way to escalate this, please message me. I’m honestly desperate at this point.
