Hello! Just wanted to ask regarding my friend’s application with them. My friend applied last July 19 for an AVP role and then had his first interview with the hiring manager last August 4 then since then he hasn’t heard anything from them but I checked his workday and the status still in “Business Review”.

For those who have gone through this or have an idea, usually ilang weeks ba processing nila? Possible ba na negative na to or should he just patiently wait? He was thinking of following up with the HR who contacted him but that may seem a bit pushy.

Hello! Just wanted to ask here if ano kaya salary range ng AVP (finance related) in DB plus ilang months guaranteed (13,14 etc).

Btw, coming from Citi in a C11 officer role.
