Whole wheat bread with mayo, mustard, colby jack, turkey, ham, lettuce, chips, and a slather of… tuna salad. It was so damn good

I’m 8weeks postpartum and I’m so depressed. This is my second child and I’m having such bad thoughts and such a hard time this go around. I’m finishing my first week of the mini pill and I hope this BC doesn’t make my depression worse. I cry like every day. I absolutely hate the way I look clothed and I especially hate the way I look naked. I can’t even e a t l e s s because I’m breastfeeding. My partner doesn’t help me feel better either and all he wants to do is hang out with his friends, whereas I have no friends AND I get the luxury of staying home and caring for our girls. I love my babies but jfc I’m so tired and sad. At least I get to enjoy these sandwiches <3
