Hello guys. I was having spontaneous diarrheas after eating vegetables, food with sugar, fruits, etc.

I had to go with a diet of protein and eggs mostly. Eating rice, etc.

Last Thursday I had my Sibo test with lactulose and 90 minutes after taking it I had diarrhea and one hour later again. That same day in the afternoon again three times but before going to sleep I went to the bathroom correctly. On Friday I was with Chicken, rice, boiled eggs, etc and again I had diarrhea. On Saturday I had rice and chicken only and again diarrhea. Sunday it was only eggs and chicken and again diarrhea. Monday and today Tuesday only chicken and again diarrhea.

I don't know what is happening.

I got the results and they are negative.

The hydrogen at 90 minutes was 4 and it only increases after 150 to 20 and lastly at 210 minutes to 32.

The methane increased to 9 after 210 minutes.

So ok that I don't have SIBO it seems but I don't know what to eat. I am not eating anything strange.
