Hey guys, I had a 970, which is now stuck in a Garmin warranty check. I am thinking of selling it when they send it back to me and then buying a F8.

I just saw that the F8 and F8 Pro prices went down, mainly the F8 by €100 and the F8 Pro by more than €150. I think this happened because the F9 release is very close.

The main question is to those who own the F8 Pro: how is its size, and what kind of activities do you use it for? I compared them in the store and saw that one is bigger (thicker), but the weight difference is barely noticeable. I know that the only difference for me (since I don't need LTE) is the screen brightness. I like it because it looks like the 970. The main issue that i didnt find the info about the f8 pro from people who swims with it :)

I don't run; I swim and do a bit of gym.

What do you think about my situation? Share your thoughts, please. Should I go for the F8, F8 pro or use the 970 and then buy the Fenix 9 (if it costs no more than €1k)?
