Bybit blocked a deposit in April, for compliance reasons. I gave everything they wanted but still they initiated return process in April 13, and stating I should only use account in my name to deposit (I DID). One month later, no money in my Revolut account. Support is useless

Can I get some proper help? I got nothing in the app. There’s nothing wrong with the adress but I got nothing from support
