I am 42 yo female. I am divorced. I am schizoid and have been brought up in a dysfunctional family where the father was physically violent and mother was codependent. My sibling doesn't talk to me. I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and depression and anxiety at age 24. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia at age 38 for which I am on medication currently. There are no hallucinations and delusions now but I have depression. I can't keep a job because of my schizoid nature. I have never lasted at a job more than a year. I don't have friends. I feel extremely lonely. I am also most of the times engulfed in fear of the future. I would like to chat with someone but noone is free. Where can I talk to people without any agenda? Also, how can I be more confident and relaxed going forward?
