I want to read some self help and biographies kind of books. I have only read fiction until now and want to try these.

Suggest me some movies which are either thriller mysterious with crazy plot twists(but less horror elements or jumpscares) or fantasies are also welcome. I do not want movies with too many sequences/parts and I am wholeheartedly open to underrated gems.
