Hi everyone! I am subleasing a fully furnished studio apartment at 509 E Clark St. There is in-unit washer and dryer and has all new appliances as it was recently renovated. Rent is $995 a month plus a $55 utility fee, but electricity is not included. The move in date is 8/18.

I am willing to negotiate pricing and I am flexible with months if you're just looking to lease for the school year! I really just need this place gone.
