About minimum wage rates..

How can the government have a set minimum wage of ~$26 but then the different award rates can be lower?? Do people on the government minimum get penalty rates for weekends and late nights as well? I just can’t understand how my award’s minimum is $23 and it’s not illegal.
What factors are these amounts based on??

Which Lola cream should I try for 2c/3a curls?

I’ve been looking for a new curl cream and I wanted to try Skala but apparently it’s not good for your hair. I saw the Lola brand is good but I don’t know which bottle to try. Or if you have better recommendations pls let me know. I also want to try out the pink eco gel so if anyone uses that I would love some advice. Thanks!
