Should I take screaming kids seriously? Are these gangs that hurt people or do they just shout at pedestrians?

Hello, I'm new here.

These past couple of months have honestly been the best of my life so far, nothing to complain about.

The only worry I have is that I might not be safe when kids driving are screaming at me.

Today was the second and third time it's has happened. I was walking on the sidewalk from westpoint blacktown to walters road public school and got screamed at with expletives, the usual Fuuuck you! Fuuck You!

I keep asking myself if I'm doing something to offend them. I wasn't doing anything. Just phone in my hand, on the left side of the sidewalk.

I count it as the second and third time because after they screamed at me, they turned around, caught up to me near Bungaribbee st, and shouted at me again. Something like "baba! baba amad" (I don't know the exact words).

The first time it happened to me was with my family near Sydney Zoo while walking towards a bus stop. My daughter actually got upset that time, and is quite suspicious when she sees someone with a brocolli-style hair (short, very curly unkempt with blonde tips) - she called them brocolli gang.

I hopeto understand what's going on. Has anyone else dealt with this? Do they just shout or are people getting physically attacked by them?

Are these vehicles parked illegally based on NSW Rule 208(6)?

https://legislation.nsw.gov.au/view/whole/html/inforce/current/sl-2014-0758?hl=en-US#sec.208

208(7) says:

"If the road has a continuous dividing line or a dividing strip, the driver must position the vehicle at least 3 metres from the continuous dividing line or dividing strip, unless otherwise indicated by information on or with a parking control sign."

I am still learning about the road rules here and am not sure if I am in violation of a rule.

I need some advice. I am at day 37 of my 60 day notice period. I've booked my one way flight ticket in the first week of june.

Today, my employer has informed me that my visa will not be canceled on my final day, which occurs just before Eid holiday.

apparently according to their processes, my final day would be the day that they initiate the clearance (approvals, signatures, check arrears).

That means I have to wait until June 1st for them to be able to start the clearance process (people responsible for it are on leave already), which then would consume 1 more week. only after that, they will cancel my visa.

meaning I'll be only able to leave by June 20 - which is a very optimistic estimate (I heard that there were many people stuck in the cancellation state due to some problem with my company and a govenrment agency).

so what the actual fuck, I have been in 2 companies here that the only clearance needed at the last day was to give the assets back (laptop and access cards).
