Leaves curling and yellowing, flowering but flowers wilting before fully blooming. What is happening?

It has chunky soil, watering with fertilizer and water conditioner when top cms of soil is dry, under grow light, air humidity is usually 60-70%.

It was thriving, I moved it couple days ago, is that the reason?
