First Printed in 2020’s Theros Beyond Death, Shadowspear has only ever received new artwork in UB printings — the original card still commands a heft price.

I wanted to design an alter for competitive players who appreciate the original design, but want to add some retro flair to their decks.

This Shadowspear proxy highlights the weapon’s storied and haunted history, featuring original art by Marcela Mayor.
